2. Cookies

Sobudo Academy uses so-called cookies on this website. This is small text information that is stored on your device with the help of the Internet browser. They do no harm. Use of script libraries (FontAwesome & Google Webfonts)

In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as. B. Embedded YouTube Videos

We embed YouTube videos on our website. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube servers is established. In doing so, YouTube is informed which pages you are currently visiting. If you are logged in with your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google ad program, none of these cookies will be loaded when you watch YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you have to block the storage of cookies in your browser.

3. Log data

We may also collect information that your browser sends when you visit our service or when you access the service via a mobile device (“log data”).

This protocol or log data can contain information such as the browser type, the browser version, the IP address of the device, the pages of our services you have visited, the time and date of your visit and the time spent on these pages and other statistics contain.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics also uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of our website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Facebook “Custom Audience”

Remarketing tags from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our website. When you visit our website, the remarketing tags establish a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. This enables Facebook to assign your visit to our website to your user account.

We can use the information obtained in this way to display Facebook Ads. If you do not want Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or LinkedIn to assign the data collected via our website directly to your profile in the respective service, you must log out of the relevant service before visiting our website. 7. Data storage

The data you have provided (name, address, e-mail address, possibly telephone number to contact you) are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude or implement the contract with you. We endeavor to update this data regularly with our customers and, if necessary, to correct it. In the event that a contract is concluded for membership on our platform, all data from the contractual relationship will be saved until the end of the tax retention period (7 years) at the latest after the end of the cooperation. All data is stored on the web servers of our host partner, ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich.

There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price for the chargeable service you have selected and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If you decide to purchase a paid service, payment will be processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter “Stripe”) or PayPal (Europe) S .à.rl & Cie. Personal data (names, job titles in the company, address, telephone number, email address) are stored by us for the fulfillment of the contractual agreements for online marketing, consulting assignments, trainings, seminars and coaching as well as for customer care.

We use the Microsoft Office 365 Business software environment (MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Skype for Business, MS OneDrive cloud services) from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA for this data storage.

9. Registration for the newsletter and communication with members

You can register for our newsletter on our website. In this we would like to keep you up to date with the latest trends, ideas, news and information about our services. You will need to enter your name and email address for this.

Data protection and children

Our service is not aimed at people under the age of 14 (“children”). We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 14.
